Oooh! A friend of mine showed this to me when you uploaded it to your website. It's my current wallpaper on one of my computers. I love it so. X3 It's super-pretty and kindof sad too.

SMRPG was kindof important to me, too. I played it maybe a little less than a year after it came out (when I was 7 XD and got it for my next birthday. The game's inspired me to write a crapload of stories and draw a crapload of pictures. It was such a great game... and it SUCKS that Square Enix doesn't really wanna have much to do with it anymore. (I dunno about Nintendo, though. For all I know they could be trying to get more SMRPG content into other games but Square Enix won't let them.)

...so yeah, eheh. This wallpaper rocks. %D

So epic, so great, this catch perfectly the feelings of Super Mario PRG, and of course, of Geno, this is a wonderfull piece, no words can explain it , the best SMRPG fanart I have seen , it has heart in it.

In the game, the one wish that really stood out was the mention of Luigi's wish where he said "I wanna be a great plumber like my brother, Mario!" That one always makes me smile.

I've been debating about whether to address that very subject within Super Mario Legend. It's hard to imagine the Super Mario cast talking about something, and it's even harder to explain things within the Mario universe... I just feel like I should take the opportunity, you know?

Yes, I know how you feel... but it's kinda hard to explain to the Nintendo company to do what most people want, like making a new Mario series on television, kinda like the ones they did in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour, Mario Superstar Baseball and Mario Power Tennis. If they agree on that, I hope it's better than the last three. At least, better voice actors (Charles Martinet) and let Mario talk more. I mean, he can't do those mine techniques to talk to people, you know? lol. X]

thats awesome! I really wish Geno would come back, Super mario RPG is like my all time favorite game and I'm still playing it as we speak
I read that Geno was supposed to be in Brawl but because of copyright issues he was removed very late in the game which caused the original delay in the US.
It would be so great if he actually did come back though, and although I keep hearing that Mario RPG is like THE beast Mario game out there, it always seems forgotten, so it's nice that there are still fans out there that pay homage to it with their beautiful artwork!
