An original character for an original story ~ZaxZero and I are working on. I guess we’re about ready to go public with it... But I wanted some feedback on the design for a metallic archnemesis to Mario. We also call him Mecha Mario, to differentiate between Mario with the Metal Cap.
He’s got the flamethrowers in his hands, giving him the equivalent abilities of Mario with a Fire Flower... And the boosters in his legs give him Mario’s jumping power, and then some. Maybe I’ll add some of Mario’s other power-up abilities to his arsenal, but the fireballs and jumping seem to me to be his trademark moves.
Mario is © Nintendo, Mecha Mario is © me & ~ZaxZero. Don’t go ripping him off, we have plans for him, and it’d suck if somebody stole our idea before we even got to use it. If you have a cool idea on how to use him, talk to me first, and we can work something out. Unless you came up with it first. That'd be awkward.
